Mesh Panel Fencing for industrial and public sites

Mesh panel fencing is a prefabricated, permanent perimeter for industrial plants, warehouses and airports, and for public places such as schools, sports pitches and playgrounds. The welded panels make forced entry difficult yet look tidy, so security does not come at the cost of appearance. Stronger variants suit higher-risk sites such as military facilities.

Installation is quick: the prefabricated form cuts installation time by up to three times compared with traditional mesh systems. Once up, the fence needs almost no maintenance and stands up to weather for years. Because the system is modular, a damaged panel can be replaced on its own.

Twin wire mesh fence panels: Nylofor 2D

Nylofor 2D uses double horizontal wires of 2 × 6 mm and a single 5 mm vertical wire. The 50 × 200 mm mesh keeps the view open but makes climbing difficult. The panel comes in two wire specifications, 6/5/6 mm and 8/6/8 mm, and in several heights to suit the site.

Corrosion protection is hot-dip galvanising, with an optional polyester coating in a range of RAL colours. The twin wire mesh fence panels work with D-Lox posts and with precast gravel boards, forming a rigid fence for sites that need long-term protection against intrusion.

V mesh fence panels: Nylofor 3D

V mesh fence panels are welded with rectangular 200 × 50 mm openings and horizontal V-profiles that give the panel its stiffness. Standard Nylofor 3D comes in 4 mm and 5 mm wire.

The reinforced Nylofor 3D range, available on request, comes in Light II, Pro and Super versions. Light II suits public buildings, factories and schools. Pro and Super are for companies and sites with higher security needs, and the Super version has a patented bend that makes climbing harder.

Mesh fence posts and concrete gravel boards

Each panel type has a matching mesh fence post. EL posts, 60 × 40 × 1.5 mm, carry Nylofor 3D, 3D Pro and 3D Light II; D-Lox posts, 40 × 60 mm, are for Nylofor 2D; clamp-on posts, 40 × 60 mm, and square Nylofor posts, 60 × 60 mm, take Nylofor panels. All posts are galvanised, or galvanised and polyester-coated, and are available on request.

Panels fix to posts with clamps, brackets or boltless systems, and anti-theft fixings stop unauthorised removal, which matters on industrial and commercial land. The precast concrete gravel board comes with boards and concrete connectors; it stabilises the line and protects the lower part of the fence from damage.
