You do not have to give a reason. The period runs from the day you receive the goods.<\/p>\n<h3>How to do it<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Send a statement of withdrawal to <strong>kontakt@sonto.pl<\/strong> or by post to: SONTO Sp. z o.o., ul. Bagienna 36c, 70-772 Szczecin, Poland.<\/li>\n<li>Give your order number and the bank account number for the refund.<\/li>\n<li>Send the goods back. Contact us first \u2014 for oversized goods we will agree how they are to be collected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sending the statement before the deadline expires is enough to meet it.<\/p>\n<h3>Refund<\/h3>\n<p>We return the payment within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them.<\/p>\n<h3>Cost of return<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The cost of sending the goods back is borne by the Customer.<\/strong> Our range consists of oversized goods \u2014 fencing, barriers, posts. You cannot send them back as an ordinary postal parcel, and the cost of freight transport may be considerable. Write to us before you send anything back and we will help you find the cheapest option.<\/p>\n<h3>When there is no right of return<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>When you buy as an <strong>entrepreneur<\/strong> and the purchase is of a professional nature.<\/li>\n<li>When the goods were made to your order, to your specification or to meet your individualised needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Complaint<\/h2>\n<p>If the goods are defective, file a complaint.<\/p>\n<h3>How to report it<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Write to <strong>kontakt@sonto.pl<\/strong> or call <strong>+48 509 810 910<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Give your order number and describe the defect.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attach photographs<\/strong> of the goods complained about. They speed the matter up.<\/li>\n<li>Give us a telephone number we can reach you on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Deadlines<\/h3>\n<p>We respond to a complaint without delay and no later than within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of its submission.<\/p>\n<p>Liability under the statutory warranty towards consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights lasts <strong>two years<\/strong> from the release of the goods. In contracts with entrepreneurs the statutory warranty is excluded (\u00a710(5) of the Terms and conditions).<\/p>\n<h2>Damage in transit<\/h2>\n<p>Check the consignment on delivery. If you see damage:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You may refuse to accept the consignment.<\/li>\n<li>Draw up a <strong>damage report<\/strong> with the courier.<\/li>\n<li>Notify us the same day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Legal basis<\/h2>\n<p>The full wording of these rules is in the <a href=\"https:\/\/sonto.eu\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms and conditions<\/a> \u2014 \u00a79 (withdrawal from the contract) and \u00a710 (complaints and guarantee).
